He is for Me was created to blend the experience of depression and anxiety with God’s love and desire for each of us. Through reflection, meditation, and prayer we can give experiences of depression and anxiety to Him to overcome, at our own pace. 

I recently was working with a client who was struggling with prayer and healing. She shared that she was praying constantly and God was just not showing up. I sat with this individual and I listened to her share about the many things that were going on in her life.
